For the Immune system, also use Echinacea Drops externally and/or internally. Other supports for the immune system include Lym Capsules, Echinacea Compound Capsules, and Power Garlic.

Calendula officinalis fluid extract only (alcohol 90% vol.)

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE - 12-15 drops 3 times a day in a little water or juice. If desired, up to three times this amount can safely be taken. For skin care: Dab on twice a day, as well as taking internally.

Calendula is recognised by its spectacular display of light yellow to deep orange blossoms which are seen in the UK from early summer. This herb has an incredible history and is referenced in the oldest of herbal reference books. It’s main use is to support the body’s natural healing and cooling properties.

We offer Calendula in two forms: the fluid extract (similar to a tincture but 5-10 times stronger, so you need less) and also Calendula Pessaries, for vaginal use.

A pure bristle brush for brushing the skin. The action of Skin brushing helps skin function by removing dried mucous from entrance to the pores. This is because the lymph vessels of the lymphatic system (similar to blood vessels) are largely located near to the surface of the skin. The brushing therefore helps the circulation in these vessels. This is an essential process to keep us disease-free.

Avoid brushing any damaged areas of skin; and brush gently for the first few days.

Brush skin (dry) daily for 3-6 minutes. Move it gently up arms and legs, and over abdomen, always moving towards Heart (left upper chest area). When starting use, brush gently and only for a short time while your skin gets used to the brushing.
