Combine with Bedtime Capsules for best effect: make a cup of Bedtime Tea an hour before bed, and take it with a couple of Bedtime Capsules. Quietly reading for half hour before bed helps some people a lot: and meditation helps others to relax.




Limit to one cup per day if pregnant or nursing.
