Make a pot of tea once a day using one teaspoon to 1-2 mugs of boiling water according to taste. Drink, hot, warm, or cold until the pot is finished. Honey can be added if desired. Up to twice this amount can safely be taken.

90g Loose Tea: Sheep's Sorrel, Burdock Root, Slippery Elm Bark, Turkey Rhubarb Root.

Do not take if pregnant or nursing. Do not use more than the standard amount alongside heart drugs, steroids or diuretics.

Soak 30g in a litre of filtered water overnight. Bring to a gentle simmer for 15 minutes. Strain and add 2-3 tablespoons of honey to preserve. Store in fridge for up to 4 days. Drink a small cupful (approx 125ml) 2-3 times daily on an empty stomach.
