Psyllium is a form of fibre made from the outer husk of the psyllium seed. It soaks up a large amount of water and so makes the stools softer. We offer capsules, or powder to be mixed into water.
Slippery Elm is best known for soothing and supporting digestive health. We think the tea is the best way to take it. We also make it in capsules. And Slippery Elm Plus has a few additional herbs added to help support healthy digestion.
