The Colon Programme is our best-selling herbal programme. We recommend the 3-month course initially. It’s available with either Cascara & Lavender Capsules or Cascara & Buckthorn Capsules. In the lavender version, the lavender substitutes for cayenne pepper & ginger, so there are no “hot” herbs in it. The buckthorn version is an alternative formula to Cascara Compound Capsules which can suit some people better.

The Menopause Programme has been designed to give thorough support to the whole female hormone system and is particularly used by menopausal women. It includes our own Femarone 40+, a herbal formula with a very successful track record.
