Licorice tea has a great taste and is a good tea to drink through the day. You don’t necessarily need a reason – it just tastes nice! It does, however, support both the digestive and the respiratory functions of the body, so that’s another good reason to drink Licorice Tea.

Soak a teaspoon of herbs in 1-2 mugs of cold water in a small saucepan, for up to an hour. Bring to a gentle simmer for 5-10 minutes, then strain and drink. 1-2 mugs can be drunk daily.

30ml Bottle: Fluid Extracts of Vervain, Black Cohosh, Scullcap, Tincture of Blue Cohosh Alc Vol: 61%

Do not use if the eardrum is perforated, a doctor can check this if there is any doubt.

Department of Health Warning: Black Cohosh may rarely cause liver problems. If you become unwell (yellowing skin/eyes, nausea, vomiting, dark urine, abdominal pain, unusual tiredness) stop taking immediately and seek medical advice. Not suitable for patients with a previous history of liver disease.
