Soak a teaspoon of herbs in 1-2 mugs of cold water in a small saucepan, either for 30 minutes to an hour or ideally, overnight. Bring slowly to a gentle simmer for 5-10 minutes, then strain and drink either hot or leave it (covered) to cool down first. 1-2 cups can be drunk daily.

Simmer gently for 10 minutes and strain; take the resulting liquor over the course of one day. It is preferable to avoid meat, alcohol and rich and fatty foods and take plenty of fruit and vegetables. Marshmallow Leaf Tea is strongly recommended to be drunk during this time, as it can help to keep the kidney tubules lubricated.
