St John's Wort is one of the UKs best selling herbs. It has become very popular among menopausal women particularly because of its benefits for mood and memory. Try 1 capsules or 12-15 drops 3 times a day for 4-6 months. We recommend a 4-6 month course; you will need 400-600 capsules or 200-300ml drops.
St John's Wort can be used in combination with our Femarone 40+. This can be extremely helpful.
